We believe that it is important now to re-emphasize how corporate responsibility is an integral part of how we want to operate. This is already a commitment we are proving every day at Al Baker Trading & Construction, integrating responsibility into all of our daily actions, each employee has to contribute to hold the responsibility. Social Responsibility has become an economic necessity in addition to being a humanitarian necessity dictated by the moral responsibility for any entity living in any country. However, the social responsibility contributes significantly to social and economic development of the communities in which we operate, building a better way of life sustainable for the most vulnerable group of society in the country, and increasing the human development.

Since the foundation of Al Baker Trading & Construction, it considers the social responsibility as a moral obligation greater than all other obligations resulting from official contracts. This obligation is based on strong ground which derives its rules from the principles of Islam. Therefore, the group strives to contribute to and support the various charitable projects, and offer support for Qatari students through summer training courses, and rehabilitating, and training the university graduates in the company. 

In addition, Al Baker Trading & Construction concerns with the Qatari youth, and strives to apply the system of localization of jobs, and set strategic plans and clear mechanisms leading to localization through recruiting and/or, training, rehabilitating of Qataris, and motivating them to become more productive and effective for the labor market.
